I paid $500 deposit on 10/10/18 just to make an appointment for an evaluation of my home for solar installation. I cancelled the appointment days later, and the rep kept asking why--was it cost, was it financing? I simply changed my mind, WTF.
Many email requests later, and STILL NO REFUND.
The latest email I've received after sending a series of complaints is that they are still trying to speak with the rep and trying to get approval for the refund.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
NO INSPECTION WAS DONE, WHAT IS THERE TO DISCUSS?
ABSOLUTELY HATE THE SERVICE, VERY DISORGANIZED, NO ACCOUNTABILITY, NO DESIRE TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER.
BUT VERY HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, FOR NOTHING.
