Freezing windows solution, maybe

Freezing windows solution, maybe

I was asking around before about the freezing of the glass to the door rubber, heating on high for 20 min. Silicon spray didn't really help on the rear doors, I have tried something that may be a solution. Spraying DW40 on the rubber where the glass retracts into the door then opening the door some of the liquid is pulled through and build a film on the glass, repeating 2-3 times. We had terrible wether the last few days from freezing to rain and back, it seems that the glass can break free even if it is frozen. The next few weeks will tell the story. Just wanted to share, someone may have done this before don't know. Cheers
