Who are the big losers when electric cars and storage ramp up?

In the attached article ,Australia's big Caltex Oil is moving in on Aussie big Woolworths.
Oil moving in on food and clothing.

This is one way oil will stay afloat, by divesting.
So then Caltex and other oilcos can continue.
Those who cannot continue in the way they are accustomed might well be the very large (Saudis) and the very small (oil pumpers and gas stations).

Electricity providers seem also to be scared witless, shocked?, at the disruption by the Powerwall which has already started to deliver in USA, 2016 Aussie.
The whole business and infrastructure depends on peak and offpeak loads.

What are your thoughts on the big picture effect of EVs taking over the lion's share of energy?

(Perhaps the Saudis could build oil powered widgets like rockets, diversify into plastics etc.)
