I cannot access my car on the App. My wife is still on. We did not change the password or anything in the profile. Does it only work for one phone, one car?
The app works for multiple devices.
That's what I thought. Yet I can't access the App on my phone.
I had to uninstall then power off phone. Power on, Re-install & login to Tesla account.
App is working better but still not 100%. I see media option now....hooray!! Loot box is still inaccessible. :-(
