If you were contemplating on the used vs “old cpo program”, my experience says don’t stress.
Picked her up, noted some non-pictured concerns, delivery rep took pics “as well as I”, they made an electronic log of it, sent me an email confirmation, scheduled an appointment with service center, & viola all fixed under the due bill process w/o charge!
“Concerns ranged from missing items in vehicle to blemishes/wear & tear”
