Take a look at www.tahoereno.com/maps and enlarge the TRI center site plan. That should explain what you need. BTW the street used to be called Portofino Dr., and is now named Electric Ave.

The spur rail line runs on the west side of USA Parkway and Tesla is about a mile or two to the east. I don't know if the topography is reasonable to extend the rail line. Trains don't like hills. The transcontinental rail line runs along the river to the north.

For scale, I think the big Walmart warehouse is about 2,000,000 square feet. Given the huge size of the buildings in the area, the aerial maps don't really give you a good understanding of the size of the industrial park.
