My backup camera/screen went black yesterday. I rebooted a few times, powered off then on, still a black screen from the camera.
I scheduled a service call from the app and got an appointment for March 28, not bad only a week.
About 11 last night an update appeared in the app so I of course updated and ended up with 2019.5.15 this morning. I immediately tried the backup camera and all is well. Received a call from the local Tesla SC this morning informing me that they pushed the update to me and wanted to know if that fixed my problem, which it did and I also got all the cool new features that come along with 2019.5.15.
I call that excellent service!
