Yikes the complainers are out in force today, although it seems more like the same 10 owners or so, endlessly repeating the same stuff. I guess if Tesla only has 10 disgruntled owners, they are in fine shape.
Wow, good count TT. I didn't even know there were 10 disgruntled.
Just the regulars.
Good read by Jack Rickard, critic turned realist.http://evtv.me/2019/08/the-tesla-conspiracy-or-am-i-a-dead-whistleblower/
From the article: "...in the future ALL automobiles will be Tesla’s."
Anyone illiterate enough to misplace apostrophes has no credibility.
Interesting take on “funding secured”.
Anyone who can’t convert an ICE car to EV has no credibility.
NKYTA - I didn't get that far. Stopped at the apostrophe :-)
"Anyone illiterate enough to misplace apostrophes has no credibility."
So you've never made a mistake in your life and if you did, no matter how small, it would completely destroy your credibility? Sheesh.
I hate it when apostrophe's are misplaced.
@BH bunch of new SC opening and just reopened in TX. Looks like you'll be visiting Central TX this fall.
Ft Worth SC after 7 months being broke is back open. Another 6 should be open by XMAS.
Yes, FW burned the week I was there. Fortunately detoured when I got the news that day.
The moon is framed around tree branches in a maroon sky- I can’t believe we never visited. ;-). Seems almost full.
FBOTD... getting the itch to drive the S clear across the country. Life isn't getting any less busy so why wait?
Is that a rhetorical question? Do it!
Still Grinning ;-)
If you could only have two Teslas, which ones would you have? Thanks.
S & S!
Two Roadster II's...because I love my wife. :-)

@llbean, easy answer to your question.
Model S and 3.
I have both.
That would make since I haven't driven the X since we got the 3.

Quite the experience with a top ten Leader and my husband-
You people are crazy with these through the night drives. I do have to say after driving for 19 hours (after a full work day BTW) I am surprisingly in better shape than I expected.
Caffeine helps, of course, sharing the driving too-the 51% rule- and the true pleasure of the 3 & the amenities that goes with it. Only problems were CRAZY LA drivers at 4am! Forgot how much I don’t miss living there...
Don’t know that I would make a habit of it, but I know I can push through if I had to.
Ya know, for the game and all...
How'd you like the walk up to the restaurant at Ventana (Big Sur)? By the way, excellent food!
sentabo, Cool. Very cool. Would really like to hear more about your thoughts after you get it.
Will do, akikiki. Though the drivetrain and suspension are upgraded, I'm not expecting a huge difference from my 2015. I mean, it's so smooth as it is I can't imagine much better. I am much looking forward to the bigger battery (I have a 70D). The 370 mile capacity will sure make a difference for road trips.
@Shesmyne2 - don't forget to post to the TMC thread.
Someone forgot a couple nice dog bowls at the Salisbury MD SC
Hello! I’m a researcher at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and am interested in the use of automated features in vehicles, such as automated parking. If your vehicle has an automated parking feature (where the vehicle will park itself), whether or not you use it, I would appreciate it if you could take 3 minutes to complete the survey in the link below. Once you’ve done so, please forward the survey to anyone else you may know who is interested in participating! https://uah.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0B6mVc24a7NEU29
@Shesmyne2 - Woohoo, congrats!
I haven't done through the night yet myself but am considering it next time I head out if the kiddo will sleep through it.
@Bluesday, wasn’t meal time. Weren’t there for but ten minutes. LR 3’s are so darn efficient!
PG- Thx! I’m comin for YOU! :-)
Driving through the night is not for the faint hearted. Even if it was kinda cool to see the sunset, moon rise and sunrise. We were up for 27 hours total.
