^That might be due to their lack of environmental standards and controls. All the more reason China needs millions of EVs.
Funny you mention it, but I think you are right and they are on their way. I never see as many electrical bicycles/mopeds and LNG scooters as in Chinese cities, Shanghai in particular. And TM is going there as well. I predict a huge success.
