Can't get my wife App Support

So I received my Model 3 on September 28th and have been thoroughly enjoying it ever since. The only issue I'm having is that I can't seem to get Tesla to give my wife app support. I've emailed the [email protected] address with all the info. No response. Emailed them again a week later and got a bounce back that said "This email is no longer monitored." I called Tesla customer service, waited for over 30 minutes to speak to an agent who found my email requests and indicated they were forwarding it to the app support team to ensure access was granted and that she should get an email in 2-3 days. That was more than a week ago and still nothing.

All I'm trying to do is maintain the "happy wife, happy life" mantra. She wants access to the same features I have for our car and rightfully so. Does anyone have any tips or tricks on making this happen?

I should mention that I'm in Canada. I'm not sure if the process is the same in the US for adding additional users as I've read FAQs that indicate you may be able to do this from your Tesla Account in the US.

Any advice would be appreciated.

    Any reason why you aren't just using the same account log in? That's what my husband and I do in the US.

    As Kathy stated, My wife and I share an account for her MX and my M3.
    Bonus: Sometimes she preheats my car for me when I am getting off work.

    All she has to do is enter the email and password for the Tesla account.

    If you don’t want your wife to use your Tesla account, Tesla can create a new one for her, but you’ll just have to keep trying to reach them. Use the Request Help link in your account.

    Another nice thing about sharing an account is that you have access to and can drive each others car if you want. I sometimes drive the X if the weather is bad. Now worries about getting high centered if there is 8 inches of new snow (like today).

    Nothing's better than a sharing account. Send a request to tesla, that's what I did and then responded in 4 days.
