what is the best way to get customer service from Tesla? I am very frustrated - hard to find where to call then end up on hold for very long time. I spent over 2 hours between talking and a=on hold. I have 2 solar systems (2 inverters - not my call but Solar City did it). When Solar City changed to Tesla I lost the ability to track one of the systems online on my phone. I called and called and final answer was there was an arc fault so they remotely shut my system off.. NO NOTIFICATION TO ME - it has been 3 months now and they are supposedly sending someone to the house today? We will see if I get notified that the issue has been resolved. I lost 3 months of generating electricity and can not find anyone to talk to about it
