My inverter has been out for a month. After three weeks of waiting, they sent a field tech to confirm that it was indeed kaput. Of course it was. What idiots run their customer service, they are the worst. It's a one way communication with Tesla and that's me complaining to them. Now they tell me it will be another month before they can order a replacement inverter and then will call me to schedule installation. So it's possible I'll bee 2 to 3 months without solar power. It's really unconscionable. I've never seen such a poorly managed business.
