this is one big rip off panels not working but yet they hsve balls to take 70.00 per month from my checking account. no one comes to fix it

Is this for solar panels or solar roof? I have never waited more than 10 minutes for a solar roof representative. And they usually have you leave a voicemail if you wait too long which they have always called back within a day.
