Poor Service Response

In early Sept , I realized my Tesla solar panels had not produced any power since early August. I called support and a technician came out and stated I would need service. I called and was told the the earliest available appointment was Dec 23. That is over a three month wait!!!!! i worked for an organization that serviced ATMs for over 30 years . Our standard response was four hours!! While I realize that solar panels are not as critical as some other systems, 3 months is not acceptable. While Tesla is at the forefront of leading edge technology, they need to put more resources on the "trailing edge of technology" i.e. service. My case # is 23136698 in case anyone that can help happens to read this.
