Tesla trip planner down?

I'm trying to use the online trip planner. However, no matter what I do, I get "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again." Error message. Anybody else seeing this?

  • Down for me as well. Has anyone heard any comment from Tesla regarding this?
  • just chatted with Tesla support. Confirmed yes that "route" function is currently down for them too on the site. They are apparently "working on it" according to the chat.

    I am happy to help with that. First, so I can pull up your account, can I get the last six digits of your VIN number followed by the name, and email, on file for verification?

    I see. So no it goves me the same issue. Can you get me the Vin/Name/Email on the account and I can send a request over to our IT team to fix this?

    why do you need my info in order to fix a problem on your web site?

    Because I have to link the case on it as a referrance point. We document all calls and everything is notated under the VIN number

    that's not my problem. I've reported the issue. You reproduced it. Now it is up to you guys to fix it.
