Tesla Model 3 SR - Charging Interruption

My Tesla Model 3 is 1 year old and something strange is happening. Few days back the entire day I was not able to charge my car at home as it always sends a notification that charging interrupted. No matter what I tried it didnt charged. But the next morning it was ok and car started charging when I started from the app.

Same thing happened yesterday as well for few hours that the car didnt charged giving the same message. This is little concerning dont know how to contact TESLA for this problem.


  • Go into app, pick service and describe issue. They can at least determine if it’s an issue in the car’s end. Otherwise it could be your charging set up on your end.

    Tesla service within app has always been incredibly helpful for me.
