Roadster Deposit

Anyone having this same issue. I deposited the $45,000 for the Roadster reservation. It has been half a month and they still haven't changed my status of the awaiting deposit. I've called several time and am routed to the local store, but they can't seem to help. Who can I contact? This is getting to be ridiculous process for a $200,000 car. Does anyone have a direct line to someone that can help??
