I got my system installed a couple of months ago and I paid for the $150 monthly subscription. I was told I couldn't get that system, so I got the $100 monthly one instead, but I never got the $50 additional that I paid back as a credit on my account.
Has anyone experienced this before? I feel like I just lost those $50 because of their lack of communicaiton. I also used a referral code and was supposed to get a credit to my account. Well, that never happened either. Now every time I try to contact Tesla, I can't get a hold of anyone.
