I got a Model 3 a few months back (test drove in Corde Madre, picked up in Daly City, service from San Francisco - which is part of the problem)...and so far I've had a camera replaced and a second and third one that I've been informed need replacing. The 'caution' alert has been activated on my car almost everyday since the first day of purchase. Trying to talk to a human or getting a straight answer is impossible. No one knows anything and it's just a circle. With no management or any sort of accountability it really highlights the TERRIBLE Tesla customer service.
I thought this would be a new way to purchase a car and get a car serviced. It's the same old BS with a new package.
