I recently purchased a 2016 MX with 38K miles and setup an appt with SC. My MX has limited warranty until end of this year. I have an issue with the falcon door alignment on the driver side. While I spoke to the tech he and the service rep eluded to the fact that my MX was purchased thru 3rd Party and so the fix for the FWD alignment was not covered by the limited warranty. Has anyone come across with such a situation. If yes, how did you manage to solve it.
