Where is my refund?

I have been following up for 4 months about my tesla 3 refund, I have not received any correspondence or confirmation when or how my money is being refunded, I have called repeatedly and talked to people, as well as opening of support tickets. Being a $500 billion dollar company and they still cant figure out how to pay back people their money. Can someone please help? my reservation number is below.

    Tesla representatives do not monitor this forum. You would need to contact Tesla.

    Also, deposits have been non-refundable for some time. Unless you placed your order a long time ago, you will not get a refund.

    Looks like the deposit became non-refundable over a year ago. If you made a $100 deposit, you will not get it back.

    At this point in time I think it’s a fair assumption that it’s in Tesla’s checking account.
