I purchased the car about 2 months back, within first week I noticed the Trim popped out, and I raised a service request. Teh service personnel came home fixed it, but looks like did a dodgy job. It popped out again within couple of weeks.
I raised another service request to fix this for once. Now I am getting an estimate of 135AUD, which is unfair considering the problem was never fixed in the first place and car is not even 2 months old. There is no option but to "Approve" in the service - section of the app.
What do I do?
