When I purchased my Model Y I elected to pick it up 280 miles away at the distribution center and was to receive a Tesla store credit within 2 weeks of picking it up. It has now been over a month, I have tried contacting my advisor with no response. I have opened three separate support tickets, and each time I am told to "check back next week". This does not seem to be support worthy of any automotive manufacturer. It is a fairly easy problem for Tesla to address.
Is anyone else having similar problems, or found a way to escalate to someone to actually resolve?
