Why my 12v socket output voltage is 14.5V?

My dashcam stopped working, so I have checked the voltage of 12v outlet and found the voltage is 14.5v. Should I go to the service?

    Normal for all cars - ICE and EVs. The 12v battery requires about 14.5 to be charged. All vehicle electronics and accessories are designed to handle 14.5 volts, but everyone just says 12v for convenience.
