Gateway data not matching app
About a month ago I noticed the information on the app didn’t match with what was occurring in real life. For example, solar production was higher than what the panels are rated, low production on sunny days, high production on cloudy days, the house usage did not reflect appliances used, etc. I’ve called customer support a dozen times but just get excuses that they are researching my issue but no resolution. No one calls back. I can’t speak directly with tech support because they don’t deal directly with customers (I felt like I was in Office Space). This seems like an easy solution but I can’t get Tesla to give me the time of day. Does anyone have a suggestion for linking the app to the gateway or maneuvering through Tesla Customer Service?
