problem with service and support

I have complain , I have received the car that has gep on the front trunk and bummer . I try contact the company. I have not received any good supports. Only thing that they response is to schedule the service appointment, which is 1st available date is 12/016/2020 at 0700am. I JUST RECEIVED CAR ON 12/9/20 AND JUST HAVE TIME TO NOTICE THAT THE FRONT TRUNK HAS GAP .
