I ordered bike rack from Tesla shopping in Dec. Tesla shipped it but Fedex lost it on the transit. Fedex is asking me contact Seller to ask for refund. I have tried to call Tesla, sent 2 emails to
[email protected] but haven't got any reply yet.
Any pointer how I can reach Tesla shopping to resolve this issue?
[I am surprised that Tesla customer service is really lacking after for many years in service.]
