I purchased a Tesla Model 3 and it needs repairs. I went through the app and set up a service appointment, and it was changed Tesla-side with no warning or notice. I'd like to get someone on the phone to ask some questions about the service center where my appointment was moved to, but I cannot for the life of me find out how to talk to a person.
Or even ask a question over email. Tesla's website says to go into my Tesla Account and there'll be a way to submit a question. There is no such way as far as I can see. Am I missing something?
I'm disappointed with the treatment I've received after purchasing my vehicle. If I knew how this would go, I don't think I'd have made this purchase.
