My Model X finished charging with home Wall Charger and now is dead. No lights inside the car, won't start. Nothing. The charging port is still open and won't close, and it will not accept the charger again either.

What is this in a 3 month-old car?!?!?!?!

That sucks! Ok, it sounds like the 12v battery has failed. Most failures from any maker fail very early in life, then a long period where it is problem-free, and then as parts wear out years later, the failure rate goes up. You're going to need to set up a service appointment in the app. It is likely to be handled by mobile service, but it partly depends on what area you are in.
