DMV Registration Fees Calculated Including Destination and Documentation Fees?

Hello, I have a question regarding registration fees for the Model 3. Are the destination and documentation fees included to calculate registration fees? I am trying to register online, and it is taking a percentage from the "suggested MSRP" of ~39900. Shouldn't the MSRP be 37900 instead? I am located in Nevada. Anyone remember from when they registered their Model 3?

    That's a state to state decision. What do you have on your bill of sale? Are you simply trying to calculate cost before buying?

    Tesla collected the fee/s and registered mine for me. A few months later I received a refund check from Tesla for somewhere around $90 because they had miscalculated the cost of registration...not a big deal, and I didn't have to do it myself.
