DMV Registration Fees Calculated With Destination and Documentation Fees Included?

Hello, I have a question regarding registration fees for the Model 3. Are the destination and documentation fees included to calculate registration fees? I am trying to register online, and it is taking a percentage from the "suggested MSRP" of ~39900. Shouldn't the MSRP be 37900 instead? I am located in Nevada. Anyone remember from when they registered their Tesla?

    Tesla handles all of that for you and they don't charge you anything to do it. Meaning, what they charge you is exactly what it would cost you to do it yourself.

    The Destination/documentation cost has nothing to do with registering your car in your state. This cost is to cover shipping the car and the fee Tesla (and any car manufacturer) has to pay the federal government to register your VIN.
