Can I use Tesla Spotify account on my iPhone?

I'm sorry if this topic has already been covered (tried to use search for this). But I have Tesla Premium connectivity with Spotify. Can I use this account in my iPhone and listen Spotify (without VERY annouying ads) also outside the car (at home etc.)? If yes, how?
