Solar system down for 3 months

My system has been down for 3 months,
I keep getting bounced between customer service and the scheduling dept. every call I get a different answer.

Many calls, emails , voice mails and no answers or support. Is there anyone out there in Tesla that actually cares ?


  • Inverter issues? I certainly hope I don't go something like through this but wish you the best in getting it resolved. I would start calling any numbers you have related to Tesla from the process.
