Powerwall 2 password keeps resetting

Prior to the latest firmware update (current version 20.49.0) I could logon via my LAN and didn't need a password, now I do & I have to reset the password (toggle PW off/on & enter last 5 digits of Gateway password, then enter & confirm new password). Once the password is reset I can logon, but after a couple of days I get "Error: Login Error (bad credentials)" & have to go through the rest process again?

Can someone advice a solution?
