I just had my windows tinted and a Blackvue 650 (front/rear dashcam) installed at Benchmark Motoring in Bellevue. They do high end custom installations - probably not the cheapest, but I doubt that's what you're looking for. The work was top notch, all cables expertly hidden, done in a day and everything works great. I would at least give them a call and check... I'll be back there for my next install.
