After a couple of months waiting, we finally got our Model X ready for collection. Like all other Tesla users we thought our car got to be spotless on delivery. However, Tesla is a disappointment. Not to mention their poor management team in Hong Kong, we received our Model X with many paint scratches on the hood and some on the passenger and driver door. We never had such poor experience with other car makers and think this can't be acceptable for the money we paid for.
Does anyone know how to make a complaint to the head office in Hong Kong?
