What is the trunk/charge port situation exactly?
It is my belief that everybody here has seen on YouTube the review of the Model 3 by Doug DeMuro.
One thing buggers me here; starting 17:49, he talks about opening the charge port from the screen and he says that it conflicts with the trunk; and indeed, in the video, you can see that when the trunk is open(ed), he tries to open the charge port using the screen and it fails.
Not long after that, though, the charge port is open and the trunk opening command is still available...
Various parts of the video fail to impress a definitive opinion on me; does the charge port, when fully opened, really impede with the trunk opening?
