“Normal” noise on hard acceleration with high suspension setting

edited November -1 in Model S
2016 S 90D makes a strong noice when accelerating and car is in high or very high air suspension setting. I was 100% sure is the drive unit but Service said “is normal” as the suspension arm is in a position where high torque can’t be handled properly. Surprised about the new “normal” Tesla standard. Noise seems to come only from front left only. Anybody else having this issue and if so got the same answer from Service? Thx

Yes, this is normal. High suspension settings are for low speed temporary situations.
