I would have said May 20, 2021 about 10 months after breaking ground but am giving them an extra month.

I am factoring in cancellations, so this is a wild guess.
Looking at 5 month progress photos of Gigafactory Berlin and Gigafactory Texas, Texas has buildings being put up and Berlin is a flat field with all grading and foundation work done, no buildings. I think Texas will be completed in the 2nd quarter of 2021, but there will be a lot to do for proper production to begin. Hopefully, production will start sooner than expected. I know Tesla has sent e-mails saying early 2022 will start deliveries.
