  • Oh God you do understand that your claims about everything Tesla is poor design is laughable. Thanks for comedy relief FishTroll.
  • “... doesn't put washer fluid on the window so poor results.”

Actually it puts the fluid directly onto the windshield instead of into the air, so great result.

Again with more lies. No it doesn't contradict anything. The uploader of the video was showing us how to ;adjust' the flow of water. These nozzles are adjustable as are nearly ALL water nozzles on any vehicle. You can adjust them to your preference. If anything this is a case of great design and great functionality! You can twist words all you like but you really are coming off now as a pathetic little man and, I have to say, a useless shill. If I was your paymaster I would be slinging your ass out.
  • Agreed. Why would one always talk about the experience of others?

As for me, the washers work great. The wipers seem slow when it first starts raining, but then settle in. Also, they always go super fast when I put it in reverse.

Also, after almost two years, I finally needed more washer fluid. Was surprised to learn that it hold a whole bottle. Nice.
  • Here's the original link on how to improve the poor wash effects.

  • The only bad thing about the Tesla windshield washers is it puts all the fluid on the windshield so you cant spray the tailgaters. ;-)

Why would you post a link that is already in this thread?

I don’t think it does. There are YouTube videos about all manner of uncommon and esoteric topics. I watched a series of videos recently about using OpenCV to draw real-time normal vectors to object surfaces in video streams. That doesn’t sound like a common problem that a lot of people are looking for.

Tried it BUT the nozzles didn't move. Used one of the Apple reset pins which fit in the nozzle but could not move it.

Very little comes out the center nozzle which actually sprays water on the windshield, likely this small jet clogs up easily.

Its actually quite funny how desperate he has become! Latching on to literally anything! He's down to washers now! He knows that they are perfectly good washers that have adaptors (as do nearly all washers) that can be moved to suit the taste of the owner, but he cant say that for obvious reasons. He just repeats ad nauseum the same garbage hoping that if he repeats it enough it will magically become true. Had he just been an owner with a handful of issues you might believe the guy but his car apparently has EVERY single fault that any Tesla could ever have. He pushes any other brand over Tesla, specifically Ford, Subaru and VW (likely his paymasters) and will constantly spout about 'design fault'. I mean this moron even calls adjustable washers a design fault! Laughable!
  • 🥱 next
  • Trying to reset his apples.

This has been my experience since day one, with no need for any adjustments. It’s a unique design — like so much on Tesla cars — but one that works very well, with no water waste. Best I’ve had on a car in 4 decades of car buying, personally.

Job is to get windshield wet to clean it not "save water". It does a poor job of that and the pointlessly odd design is constant topic among owners on "how to fix"...this post is an example.
  • False again.
  • It's cute how FishEV describes first principle design as pointlessly odd design.

That sheds so much light on his misunderstanding of so many things.
  • Fish works for the Chinese Gov propaganda machine.
He probably uses google translate... which would explain his many incoherent statements
  • We will know how good the design is in May when the love bugs arrive again in Florida. They are the ultimate test on wiper cleaning.
  • Fish;
“Job is to get windshield wet to clean it not "save water". It does a poor job of that and the pointlessly odd design is constant topic among owners on "how to fix"...this post is an example.’

I’d like to say this is the dumbest post I’ve ever seen this individual make. But that would be as patently untrue as the idiotic post.

As you see Tesla's pointlessly oddball washers have been a issue for day one.

  • And this is why he is a paid shill ladies and gentlemen. Who else would keep registers of urls pertaining to something. Or even bother to go searching for urls to add to another forum. The clear work of a PAID SHILL.

5 threads out of hundreds of thousands of owners...yeah, a pandemic if ever there was one! LOL
