  Congrats and I hope you get the heated steering wheel, although since it isn't mentioned on the current website under the Y details it most likely will not. If you didn't use a referral code have your delivery specialist add david25498 this will help compensate if you don't get the heated wheel : ) enjoy!

  Sorry that is very Assumed. IF they were giving away options I am certain they would be listing them on the order sheet. Software updates are free, hardware is not.

  It would be great if it has it however if it was not on the documentation that says what the car is coming with I would not expect it

  It has been reported by someone else with a 2021 LR MY yesterday that he has heated steering wheel.
  Please keep us posted when you pick up your MY!!

  Actually Tesla has a history of hardware being on board but not activated. For example, heated rear seats and footwell lights on the Model 3 SR+ are present, but not activated. The heated seats you can buy, the footwell lights, not.

  Just picked up my LR Model Y today and the dealer was very excited as mine was the first one they’ve seen with the heated steering wheel.

  Sorry day 2 of ownership and I've been busy reading the Y's manual which I haven't had to do for my last 5 German cars. At the same time I've been smiling one hell of a lot every time I check on the app or go out and poke around inside the car.
  
  Confirmed VIN 108xxx Mfg 1/21 has heated steering wheel. Great job Tesla of including the ability to heat the steering from Climate control in the App. A few minor issues with headliner smudges a little issue with condensation in one of the rear taillights and a few other minor things that I'm sure Tesla will get straightened out with mobile service, but in the bigger picture what other manufacturer is controlling their car with a big iPad!

  I have a LR, hitch, gemini(ugly) wheels, grey, FSD and black interior that was supposed to arrive yesterday and I was scheduled to pick up 1/21. Weather or something has mine stranded on the truck two states away from the People's Republic of Illannoy according to my sales monkey in Highland Park. I did ask about heated steering wheels....he said the cutoff is VIN 103 and up. I have a VIN 105 and is pretty much guaranteed to have the heated steering wheel. I'll do a full thermal scan of it and screen shots when and if I ever get it.
