Siri Integration

Siri Integration

Please please please consider adding Siri integration (CarPlay) either standard or as an optional feature. All of the bigger car companies are doing this now and this will help keep Tesla in the competitive lane. Timing would be good too as the iPhone 6 will be released late this year and the first Model-X vehicles will be ready a few months later. Plus with the big control screen already integrated into the dash board....Siri just seems to make a lot of sense don't ya think?

I don't know about Siri integration but there has been mention of Apple and Tesla meeting, I can't imagine it's for takeover meetings as some have speculated but rather I would guess it's to further integrate Apple products with Tesla. I hope that is the case and am looking forward to find out.

I also would like to vote for Siri (CarPlay) integration. Apple working with Tesla seems like a no-brainer to me, the two fit well together. I'd be surprised if the Model-X didn't come with Siri integration, but just in case, I want to let Tesla know that there is demand for this feature.

I'd like total hands-free voice control ala Star Trek, not of just the phone but of the onboard computer.

For example, "Tesla, ride level high" instead of fumbling through the touchscreen while approaching a steep driveway, etc. Admittedly, if you do this on a regular basis, you can do it manually pretty efficiently, but you're still diverting more attention from the roadway.

"Tesla, open the pod bay doors."

"I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that."

I'm pretty sure that CarPlay, and Chrome, and Pandora, a bunch of other requested software features will be standard on the Tesla Model X.
