I requested refund of 2 deposits for Model 3 around the end of June 2018. My initial deposits was made over a year ago. The refund request was processed on July 5 and I was told it would take 3-4 weeks. Checked back in August and told it would take 30-60 days and would have it in the 1st week of September. Still no refund, they said give it more time. I checked in the beginning of Nov, and no response. What the hell is going on? Why can't I get my refund? Is anyone else having this problem? Is this how Tesla operates? Lies, lies and more lies?
