My New Powerwalls offline since power outage last weekend

Hi there, my two new Powerwalls have been offline since a 4 hour power neighborhood power outage last weekend.

The day of the outage (Saturday) the app was showing the charge at 75% and the power flow was all grey.

On Monday I called Tesla and they said they would try and reset on their end. Later that day the lights started to flash green and they have been that way since.

Called back Tesla today and was forwarded to their solar department and they couldn't help me.

So my question is this, is it possible to set the powerwalls to recharge and operate WITHOUT the server?

I would much rather be independent as much as possible in case Tesla operators are too busy to help me.

Update: Tesla fixed the problem and the power-walls are back online and charging. Looks like the cellular connection was the issue, but it's fixed.
