I had booked Model 3 in October 17, and paid via Paypal. In February, I cancelled the Model 3 by logging on the website. I didnt receive any cancellation email, but it didnt show the car in my account. Since then, i have been waiting for the refund, but I havent gotten it. I have emailed them through support, but havent received any response. I know that it takes a month, but this has been more than a month. I am getting concerned. Any suggestions on what i can do?
