Spare parts - B-pilar

My car was damaged in a accident 19th of january.

Spare parts were ordered from Tesla in Europe - but as of today status is unknown on delivery on the B-pilar.

When trying to reach out to Tesla - I get nothing.
The approved bodyshop also tried - but they get no response.

What to do? Has anybody else experienced such a crazy delay?

I think the answer is yes, folks have waited longer than normal for parts. Supply chain is immature. Part of being an early adopter I guess. Hope it’s drivable or you have an adequate substitute in the meantime.
