I stood in line for 3 hours at Tesla store to reserve my model3.
- For 72 hours I didn't received my Reservation Code. I called them several times but got an answer that they don't have a system to look up my reservation but they can take new reservation in the same system.
- After 72 hours they were able to tell me, that my email address is spelled wrong in the system. But they cannot fix it as they don't have their IT department set up.
- Its bee more than a week and after so many calls, I still get the same answer, they will need to talk to there corporate headquarters/the IT people are not ready/IT people are really busy.
I doubt a company that can't fix a email address in more than a week or give u any answers on how long it will take to fix it, will deliver u a car on time.
