What I want to know is why Nissan is saying in there comercials on TV that ...they are the only car company with a car that doesn't use Gas at all... thatis a quote. Is Tesla going to do anything about this?

No. Likely there is some fine print in their advert that specifies major vehicle manufacturer or something like that.

They aren't considering Tesla yet because Tesla hasn't gone mass production yet. When they do, then they will be considered a car company, not a kitcar company (which is what the Roadster is, more or less).
