Stroller fits in Frunk

Stroller fits in Frunk

For those of you with kids, I thought you'd be happy to see that a stroller (in this case a City Mini) fits in the frunk:

With room to spare no less!

My daughter is very excited:

Stupids do you embed an image? I used this text between < >:

img src=""

Shouldn't that do it?

cerjor | June 24, 2012

I think you need a < before the img and a > at the end of the whole thing.

Maestrokneer | June 24, 2012

yeah, I did that. That's what "between <>" was supposed to mean.

Maestrokneer | June 24, 2012

alright, I just hyperlinked to them. Seems like the command should've worked. Oh well.

Volker.Berlin | June 25, 2012

At least for me, the links don't work. If the links are broken, that would explain why the img tag did not work, either.

Maybe the links you posted only worked for you at the time because you were logged into picasa? I don't know how to retrieve public links from picasa, but I am sure there is a way.

Looks like there is no album "2012ModelSTestDrive" in user "Erik Kneer" albums. At least those that are available for public.

You may have to copy/download the image and then save it to Flickr, or something. And pay attention to Flickr's very specific instructions about getting the right URL; it's a multi-step process.

Links should work now. Sorry for the tech problems all.

Volker.Berlin | June 25, 2012

Yes they do! Thanks for the pics, Maestrokneer.

Is the babe in the jump seat? Verrry cute!

Maestrokneer | June 26, 2012

Thanks Brian H. No the baby's in her stroller. We're likely not going to get the rear jump seats. Just takes up space, costs more, and it's such a narrow window of time that the kids can fit in there. We may not even have the car by the time our daughter is old enough to sit back there.

At any rate, I was always curious how big the frunk actually was and whether that little tuckaway nook would be worthwhile. Turns out our stroller fits perfectly in it. So there's hope out there for other Model S parents!

I have a double wide for my twins, I wish it would fit that monstrosity but even my Rav4 can barely fit it in the rear and nothing else!

Brian H | June 26, 2012

They're all obsolete anyway. Haven't you heard? Development 'sperts have now determined that rear-facing stroller seats are better, as they give the baby face time with mommy/daddy/pusher and comfort and security. They (babies) smile more and fret less when backing up, it seems!

P.S. Also applies to 'baby carriages'.
