Tesla SEC Filing

Tesla SEC Filing

I didn't find this anywhere in this site, so here is a very interesting SEC filing for everybody to read:

Interesting facts and pictures, especially about that Fremont factory.

Thanks for the information from this presentation.

It is good to know for the investors, that Tesla is diversified
with RAV4, Mercedes A, Smart Cars in Europe, etc. And has Toyoda
and Panasonic investor backing, and big delivery contracts.

We need to know that American companies still have the ability,
and manpower to succeed. I suppose that the only way they start
up in the State of California, is because of massive tax incentives that are not available to very many "regular" companies, and also the green lobbies can not protest and delay them!

Good for Tesla ! !

Yes, I think Tesla is the only company to move IN to California in the last 5 years.

Most are running for their lives.

Tesla did not move in to California, it has been here the whole time. Its first location, with three people, was in Menlo Park. Its headquarters were subsequently in a couple of different industrial buildings in San Carlos, and now in Palo Alto. I've visited all of those locations over the years.
